Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled start date of the live class.
Cancellations received at least 30 days in advance are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees.Cancellations received less than 30 days before the class start date are not eligible for a refund, but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Dao Needle Therapy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a live class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, venue changes, or other unforeseen circumstances. If Dao Needle Therapy cancels a class, registered students will be notified in writing and given the option to transfer their registration to a future class or receive a refund.
We strongly recommend that students avoid booking non-refundable travel until the class has been confirmed.
